MazeMap hosted their annual customer conference in Trondheim, Norway in April 2018. Customers flew up from BeNeLux and across the Nordics, and enjoyed a few days of customer presentations, product releases and workshops. A few of them wouldn’t even leave, and stayed in the MazeMap HQ until late afternoon, several hours after the conference had ended.
The most consistent feedback has been that it was very fruitful to discuss amongst each other and learn how other organisations have chosen to integrate and implement MazeMap. Many of the customers got new ideas, and are now embarking on cool integrations like kiosk solutions, Outlook integrations or more extravagant meeting room visualisations. With the conference, MazeMap wanted to make it clear that the customers are the focal point of all development, and that they want to continue to have close relationships with the customers in order to create even better MazeMap installations.
